Insurance & Commercial Law Neerajh Ghazi heads this department which has a large litigation and dispute resolution division. Its clientele include major insurance companies, brokers and commercial enterprises ranging from retail to industrial manufacturers and small to medium businesses. This department concentrates on insurance recoveries, liability claims and litigation. Neerajh Ghazi handles indemnity and liability insurance and is busy gearing up on FAIS compliance and the CPA with emphasis on the impact these acts will have on the insurance industry. One Candidate Attorney receives training in this busy department on a 6 month rotational basis. Insurance Law (Recovery & 3 rd Party claims) This department headed by Lenisha Lakhrajh and is further assisted by one candidate attorney. The department focuses on subrogated claims and all litigation and recovery pertaining to this area of law. We have a large client base which includes major insurance companies and brokers.
